This group, led by a retired language teacher, meets on a twice monthly basis to explore different everyday conversation topics through vocabulary and grammar. The overall level is pre GCSE but ranges of fluency and competence can vary widely. Everyone has a chance to express themselves with graded tasks and role-play situations suitable for their level, the emphasis being very much on communication in a fun,supportive environment.A coursebook is used which members are expected to purchase.
